Would depend on the risk factor you attach to the company to set a PE ratio. If you think a PE ratio of 10 times, @ earnings of 1 cent a share on latest results, that's 10c. If you want to award it 12 times on the ending of lock downs, that's 12 c for now.
Company has downsized over the past few years so I don't see it being anywhere near my breakeven point of 24 cents for many years and no dividends either.
