the vagaries of buying oilers eh? I thought it was looking very good after all of the hydrocarbon shows and must admit I was a tad shocked to see the dud report yesterday.

what do you expect to come out of the proposed extra testing?

they already know permaeability is OK, reservoir is good, etc. But no flows.

I doubt the new testing gear will give flow rates, so what exactly is it going to test for?

My own suspiscions are is that they spent a lot of time "conditioning the hole" due to bad hole conditions to the point that the formation exposure was affected.

Any views?

I have lost a bit of confidence in the co. After communicating the extent of the gas flows, it is now obvious only 1 of the 3 zones was worth testing.....

it now it sounds as if they dont have a clue what is going on....
