    How is that fake news?

    Yes, and?
    Is UBS not permitted to be active in stocks? That is, after all, what stockbrokers do.

    Besides, I'll wager you don't even know what exact role UBS is playing in terms of those announcements, whether it was:

    b.) Selling on principal account
    c.) Buying for client(s)
    d.) Selling for client(s)
    e.) none of the above
