    Thanks for the info, good to know.

    According to this, UBS valuation is absolutely bullshit, if all RFG's debt agreements were made after considering the off balance sheet liabilities, why they would think this changes will affect RFG by 20%..

    UBS creditably is close to null in my opinion.
