ASX Listing Rules Chapter 4.3B states that "The entity must give the information and documents required by Listing Rule 4.3A to ASX immediately they are ready to be given to the ASX, and no later than the time that it lodges any accounts with ASIC or the regulatory authorities in the jurisdiction in which it is established. It must do so in any event no later than two months after the end of the accounting period."

This gives the company until the end of August so submit the accounts. That is 10 days away, the close of business next Friday.
