    What smaller shareholders don't need is a cheapskate takeover that would short-change the rest of us.

    RFG is a 10x to 20x situation for patient investors. No, it's not a suitable investment for widows or orphans, because there's a small element of risk.

    But....for those who dare to dream, RFG could well be a life-changing play. I am biased (I have a couple of years salary in this company). I'm wagering that RFG will be a multi-billion company in a decade.

    The new CFO has his hand on the pulse of the company. That he has spent the bulk of his salary buying shares is a huge positive for me. I am not an armchair accountant. Important: I'm looking forward, not backward.

    How many ASX CFOs put their entire salary into on-market purchases? Very few.
