You can't jump at shadows, Jimbovb is correct HOWEVER, I think the election and nominations are significant.

I think the FTC will be more amenable to deal making, which bodes well for us.

Anyone who has listened to RFK knows he is not anti-vax or anti-science, he is pro evidence backed outcomes and that means placebo controlled clinical studies. His focus has been in the vaccine space and it grabs all the headlines, so I suspect that Division of the FDA to be busy but if I were a betting man (and I am) I would bet that his appointment won't impact us significantly from that regard. I have not come across information suggesting he is against fast tracking drug approvals specifically, only that he wants rigorous studies.

Given we are looking to tick that box and noting that the Division we are working with requires placebo-controlled studies, I think we might be ok.

If anything, I think under his leadership, there might be an increased openness to different, more efficient ways of operating and to the effectiveness of other treatments that have previously not been favoured - which might explain the sudden jump in the MSB share price.
