1PG may get more revenues per client but it seems to take longer to adopt and onboard new clients. Their platform requires hands on HR specialist to operate (IMO).Their actual value is in their 1.1 billion profiles. Plus it is more suited to professional positions, for instance a check out clerk really does not need to hand in a 1 page proposal to say how he/she will solve the company's issues. Refind's products seem to be applicable to all positions within an organisation, more importantly the low skill positions where most employees are. Reffind's advantage could be it's simplicity, speed, and cost effectiveness and therefore be more appealing to smaller enterprises.
When geography is taken into account, it is actually not really cheaper if a large enterprise fully utilise the platform. For instance: 1PG's agreement with Amazon, a company with 170,000 employees. Their revenue model is estimated to be $2/employee per month so approx. $4 mil per year. If Amazon were to use all 4 of Refind's products and say in 20 geographies (not sure how many countries they operate in) that would in theory rake in more revenue than 1PG at $4.8 mil! Refind is much more versatile as a client can choose to use 1 or more product in 1 or more geographies. It is also very suitable to smaller enterprises.
