The reffind platform will only be a success if it can engage employees through fun and exciting ideas...whilst teaching / updating them of processes within the organisation in a way that also benefits management.
The whole premise of the product is to engage employees.... staff scheduling is no doubt a convenient idea and could be part of the system suite...can hardly see the staff getting excited over it though....and thus engaged....it's more of a benefit for management. Definitely not an idea to promote as your flagship game changer. The target of the product are the employees with the benefits to flow to both employees and management alike.
