I watched this today carefully.
I think someone chose lunchtime (low activity time) to dump and rotate stock so as to create panic.
My conclusion; We are in the middle of accumulation period. Accumulation is hard in this stock as top 5 or top 20 figures are typical of those that are very tightly held.
As soon as the big boys get filled we will start to rise. Competition for stock may begin before manipulators get filled.
May be there was less than 250k shares that changed hands (from the 700k shown) imo.
Hard to find loose stock. That is why we will see a steep rise when there will be real competition to enter.
