You missed one important point.
The company mentioned on page 1 of the Full Year Statutory Accounts announcement below, that they've spent the last 6 months on a complete redevelopment of the WooBoard product. That product isn't on their 'wish list', it's already live. Now, we wait for the new redevelopment to be announced.

BAAS was only highlighted for the very first time in the Shareholder Update - Strategic Growth Overview dated 20/09/17 below. Since then, Blockchain expert Mr. Matthew Hamilton will be working with the board and recently new appointment of Non-Executive Chairman Mr. David Jackson have been added to the mix all with blockchain experience. I think we owe them a little more time than just a few months.
