Thanks for the context, puts things into a clearer perspective now.

There's certainly enough interesting opportunities out there in the tech space (blockchain, AI are two areas that come to mind), yet alone a couple other sectors too.

Quite frankly, even a "regular" takeover could provide a new owner some potential upside by way of the cash on hand and the intangible relationships with established clients (oh and some token HR platform for free too).

So with costs well down, writing looks on the wall that we're just waiting to get the timing of a deal right.
