That's a great post. It's cheap on a NPV basis and project depth. The problem is you have to have progress to monetize those assets and that's why the share price has been smashed. I think Steve Turner has done a great job in collecting a valuable suite of assets cheaply. My concern is....is he the guy that can get things moving? I'm not sure, SC's been bogged down in bureaucratic red tape for a long time now. I get the feeling if this was domiciled in their own market & controlled by locals, permitting/approvals might be easier. This could be on hold for a long time before/if ever it becomes a producing asset for RFR.
