Can’t be sure. This share looks fairly illiquid based on my research to date so if they can pump it a little bit more they could maybe do a raise in the low 7c range or high 6c range. They might even have some out of the money options which typically get thrown in for these types of deals. This would be useful as a future capital source for their other opportunities. That’s how I’d structure it if I were doing it.

I think keeping your powder dry is sensible but that’s just an opinion.
