As a result, starting January 14, 2022, Tritium will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker DCFC.
However while the vote went through, looks like a large chunk of shareholders are taking their $10 cash back.
so Tritium is going to have a lot less cash than initially thought.

seemingly some support at a floor price of $6 but the aftermarket could be interesting, particularly with Tech stocks under pressure generally.
