Not so sure on your analysis there. It's lost the 10 and 20 day moving averages after it reclaimed them on the 8th of March after the announcement and failed to maintain the momentum the very next day.
The volume has been drying up with no real consistent consolidation of the trading range. I think this will need to retract to the 0.065 / 0.06 level before a bounce from a TA perspective without some fundamentals change like an announcement shifting the momentum.
