The wording on these statements seem to be important as previously pointed out by other members of the Hotcopper group. Despite today’s email being about RG’s “intentions” to delist and his various powers in specific circumstances as a majority shareholder which would be true but I suspect misleading as to his actual ability to delist ( I think he still probably has no way to delist unless there are less than 150 shareholders with shares of more than $500 value or he has reached 90% ownership and has achieved compulsory acquisition ). I was interested that the email was just a REMINDER for us to CONSIDER selling our shares. There was no URGE as in previous communications. Maybe this soft approach guards against anyone who makes an accusation of being bullied out of their shares with misleading information?
