There has been a little changefrom top ends. It is like User123 and trickspen said. The outcome of 10%blocking power is approaching quick and I can feel that's why the email wassent out, which very close to misleading (in my opinion). It shows the bidderis desperate unlike the email that was sent out to us and told us that weholders had no choice when facing delisting. See my last posts and Richardpost, it explained its all the relevant laws that are required to avoiddelisting.

I got the list on the 6th ofMarch, and by the last closing bell, 14th March here are the records

    If there are 344, 299, 053 sharesin total. 1% is 3 442 900 shares

    1) Manipur has bought another 180,026 shares, which brings them to 21, 163, 070 shares, equivalent to 6.1%
    2) User123 stated he got 1.3%, whichalso translated to 4, 475, 770 shares
    3) An individual accountstill holding 2, 250, 000 shares, which translated to 0.654%

    That's equivalent to 8.054%

As I run down the list of top 100holders with number of shares ranking in one account from the 6th of March, the100th position belongs to a guy that got 31 125 shares in his account. Here isthe break down:

    1)
From 31 125 shares to 55 000shares (excluding User123's minor account’s holding) there were 47 holders, sadly 2 guys, one lady and a company has departed. This brings us down to 43holders with the total of 1 672 212 shares, which is equivalent 0.486%.With the remaining 43 holders, only one Miss has reduced her holding from 42700 to 32 695 shares by yesterday.

    2) From 58 290 shares up to 100 000 shares, there are 23 holders although 2 nomineeaccounts have been reduced the holding, with one from 62 478 shares to 24 981,and the other one from 64 320 shares to 54 320 shares. There is one morecompany, but the company reduced the holding from 80 180 shares to 75 303, butthen the company created another registry on the 14th March andholding another 144 145 shares in it. However, altogether, 23 shareholdersowned 1 559 680 shares, which is equivalent to 0.453%.

    3) From 101 349 shares to 250 000shares, there are 16 holders, (Minus User123 shares holding), they accountedfor 2 265 909 shares, which is equivalent to 0.658%. We welcome a ladyof new entry owning 232 734 shares to the group and a company adding shares tothe its holding from 119895 shares to 134 946 shares plus a company just boughtback 144 145 shares.

So, altogether, there are 81holders/Companies owned 5 497 801 shares equals to 1.597%

So, excluding institutional, itis fair to say 84 holders/companies (including Manipur, User123 and an individualaccount) owned 9.651%

Now with the institutional, thereare little change from them.

Citicorp Nominees has reduced abit from 2 419 411 shares from 6th of March to 2 414 188 shares. They used to have 15 more nominee accounts but 2 additional accounts gone with one has 486 shares in it and the other with 1377 shares in there. Their additional nominees accounts’ holding are very small (altogether only have around 71 k shares in it)

JP Morgan Nominees Australia hasreduced a bit from 516 282 shares to 514 644 shares.

Morgan Stanley Australia hasreduced the holding from 590 437 shares on the 6th of March to todayto 500 973 shares.

Warbont Nominees has increased abit from 498 153 shares to 528 129 shares.

HSBC custody nominee has reducedthe holding from 410 571 shares since 6th March to today, 384 684shares. They have created another account on the 12th March with1267 shares in it.

Altogether, institutional nomineeaccount holds around 4 857 226 shares equals to 1.41%.

I just wanted to mention herethat their holdings on the register list keep moving unlike many otherholders, so it is fair to say despite their only 1.41% holding altogether, itis certainly that these nominee accounts are what causing most trading on themarket since the market has been quiet recently and properly it is theirselling wall or so in my guess.

Finally about RG, he has 2accounts that used for take over bid. From 6th of March till 13thMarch, there has been no movement in one account (on market bidder account)indicating there has been no on-market selling to him during that time, although, his off-market account has increased by 44 298 shares from today’s checking, indicating some more has been scared by the email and selling to him from hislast updated notice. There could be a bit of delay in data updating from Linkto Computershare but by yesterday closing bell, that it what I got in front ofmy computer.

I will update you guys soon aboutDr list, but there were 69 Dr on the register list, but only 1 has exit on the13th of March with holding of 2000 shares (probably due to theemail). The remaining 68 Drs stay, with the highest Dr holding in 2 accounts altogetherto be 41 900 shares. I think Dr list are the best group of holders on theregister here.
