I don't see him rebidding unless he already has consensus with the major holders but if they're happy with 30-40% more it would be crazy for him not to bid that given how immaterial it is versus the upside in the years to come. No point for him to do anything until the bid lapses though come September because there will be more retail shareholders that just give into his demands and he picks those shares up at a major discount to fair value.
