I urged holders to hold onto your shares for a few more days until we hear back from User123 or any bright members expressing their comments before making your decisions.

Don't worry you guys will have time to make the right decisions, don't rush it.

For me, unless it is a compulsory acquisition, I won't surrender my shares.

Or at least, if any one wants to sell, please sell on the market (above 84 cents) to at least get a better price and quicker pay out.

But again, I urge holders to hold onto your shares for few more days instead of panicking. There are still time before the due date to read through comments from different views.

For me, the first independent report said they can't if we have more than 150 holders. Furthermore, the guidance said, RG votes are excluded from voting. So it is like chicken and goose here.
