A rising tide may lift all boats but at the moment RGL has $25 m cap of nothing .
Capital raising at 1 cent per share in May 20 and been hyped up quickly on nothing to 9 cents since then.
Great for the early birds this rise.
Great one to get burnt on when the bubble quickly bursts !!
No grades just prospects!
