They need to sell off the French network and pay down debt, the UK is ok to hold but selling that too also a good move. France is the drag and lack of growth etc.
Private equity had a look, these clowns stuffed that to save jobs for themselves..... It's a great business, needs a new MD and management and get back to it's roots here in Oz.
RHC has to be good value around here and i have added, average now $50.28 and i feel sell France and it will be back mid $60s range
