    Looks like RHC is under a takeover bid for around $20 bill by KKR (that's not Kreedence Klearwater Revival for those old enough).

    Haven't googled KKR yet, so not sure how many beds they run, could be good for us, if they run Heracare across all sites, or it may delay any new HMD contracts for a while, who know, just passing some info along.
