While KKR is primarily a private equity giant, it has exposure to health companies in Europe, notably the major French health group Elsan (AFR). So, while it may take time for HMD to get exposure to other companies and brands, it is definitely a piece of positive news. The downside, perhaps, is that a longer and meatier deal with RHC could get delayed.
