    sorry, what? There were 2.4m c notes issued, even if they were all converted to shares at 10c, that’s 24m shares. There are 190m shares on issue. Double? Your maths different to mine?

    Also, the investment fails if Heramed fails to commercialise. Things aren’t moving as quickly as anyone would like, but that’s a million miles away from failure.
