RHC is an investors delight. In the short term you have a company who is expanding both brownfield and greenfield. who's facilities are world class and a company who has shown they're willing to expand into new markets.
In the long term you have a company in a perfect position to capitalise on an ageing population. to me there is no downside. As an investor who's only started buying up in the last few years a 2018 Ramsay at 2014 prices was too good to be true.
