Muppet by handset do you mean the whole physical minicare device ?
the device is physically finalised now so no changes to come for cartridge design or device design from their latest video release near the 45 min mark somewhere from memory.. their comment is they only need to "tweak" (my word) the assay ..
So from their mouths nothing is going to change except assay performance..
