Ajax not sure if you'll read this but...if you go to a Rams franchise (RAMS franchises are now supported by Westpac) and refinance with them, you can get discounts on your Early Repayment Fees eg. $2500 for loan amt between $300k -$600k, and $4k above this..and a 20% discount on your LMI if you need to pay that again... the RHG loan book is decreasing by millions every week as a lot of RAMS business right now is refinancing the RHG clients.
