Hey Chrisford,
The inverted head and shoulders you refer To i look at as a Spring in Wyckoff terms.
One thing I've noticed is springs work really well in up trends and not so good in downtrends.
So seein how we are in a downtrend, there may just been no follow through to the upside, so down we go. Obviously we don't know yet but will soon.
I view the markets as a battle between buyers and sellers.
Who has the greater force wins.
