Doc, it can be very hard sometimes to pick up on sarcasm if you don’t happen to be in the right place ( as in, you might not be expecting it or wouldn’t think that someone would put a sarcastic comment on a particular topic).
So my lovely wife tells me ( generally in a loud angry voice) quite often
After many years I’ve just started to put (sarcastic) at the end of my text messages to her if I stray into that territory.
Ps I find it hard to believe that he’s still there.
