Totally agree with you that we should keep an eye on directors selling and ask us the question why??

But not always means that once a director is selling we have to expect bad news on the way.
Directors do need money so now and then just like you and me , so its mostly, but not always a natural thing.

Just have a look at LIM , where a number of directors have disposed shares on the open market about 10 days ago.
Today we have a take over with Xstrata making a bid at least 30% above market value.
So you know what I mean and that is not the first time I have seen this happen.

I believe that PLA is a good company and have invested a large sum of money in it.

Time will tell but imho it has all the makings to grow very strong in the near and medium term, especially with the high PGM prices we have today.
