I think management is on the back foot defending their actions here , it could be a good deal ? I have no idea ,the timing alone is stupid and could kill the capital issue ? I also do not like the sound of a director flogging a private asset to the public company paying him , still RHT prospects are good and building to great, just hope management aren't feeling around in the dark?
