Oversold is indicated when RSI dips below 30, which last occurred on 21st September. Since then RSI has slightly improved, now at around 40. During the same period the daily candles show a series of lower lows which creates divergence across that 3 month period.
Short range price action (weeks) might be useful for day or swing trading I guess.
Note, I personally don't place a lot of importance on chart patterns, especially with a stock like RHY, however it's interesting to observe alongside company activities.
