The Board (excluding OB ) has recommended the retention of OB and hence I will be following their recommendation. The Board as a whole makes decisions, not one Director and given the other Directors with their experience and capabilities, to insinuate that they have not been a part of any decisions is ridiculous and extremely naive. This is clearly a personal attack by the requisitioning shareholders calling for OB's resignation, otherwise they would have called for a complete Board spill.
