After years of holding RRS and watching all the manipulations happen, here is my take on things.
1. The "inner circle" got their RI issue yesterday and started selling. The "small fry", i.e. all of us, have to wait for the big boys to take their positions and make their 20 - 30% profit.
2. Because the "small fry" couldn't also dump their stock yesterday and thus drop the SP further some poor bast***s/newbies thought this is better than we thought and so jumped on board today for the first time pushing the price up.
3. The "small fry" get their allocation tomorrow, with a "sorry, technical difficulty" explaination from Peter Landau, and dump their shares. The newbies who bought today will run for cover, some won't be able to sell and so the Range Boat of Misery gets more passengers on board.
Just my theory.
