Baby back ribs

Boil 2 baby back ribs for at least ¼ hour if desired

Baste with the following:
¼ cup sake
¼ cup mirin
¼ cup soy sauce
2 to 3 tablespoon brown sugar honey or maple syrup
1 or more tablespoon himalaya salt
1 desert spoon japanese pepper

Barbecue over charcoal
