These cowboys have given the Avalon land away for a song at $8860 per acre. Unless that land is a swamp it has been gifted.
No wonder they haven't disclosed the sale price of the Moolap wetlands and saltworks site. It's most probably a worse outcome than the transaction above.
What a waste of time and money pursing the development of a residential and marina on that site. They spent many years pursuing this which came to nothing.

CSIRO must be regretting their decision to grant Ridley the licence to produce and distribute Novacq Worldwide but for a few countries. It has been 7 years now and I am wondering whether they are capable of delivering this to commercialization.
