It would appear that HUO would have little hope of success against RIC as regards the fish feed as the real reasons for the slow fish growth have now been well documented - see Tassal's(TGR) response today to an upcoming 4Corners report - there are some sections applicable to Macquarie Harbour - but even though RIC should get the full amount due from HUO, they will probably miss out on the ongoing business which represents a seemingly large percentage of that business.
