Tiella:
Steam open 1 kg mussels.
In a casserole layer the following:
500 gm sliced potatoes.
The mussel meat.
1 sliced onion.
300 gm sliced tomatoes.
¼ dozen cloves pressed garlic.
200 gm risotto rice.
400 ml total water and the mussel juices.
½ glass white wine.
Herbs if desired.
Cook in the charcoal barbecue with the lid on.
