Government support of coal export is really encouraging. Until now, I thought that trying to transport large volumes of coal out of LV, to ports without coal transfer infrastructure to be a stretch. A bit like trying to force a beach ball down a garden hose - with no bucket at the end to catch it!
Government support is a very, very significant piece in the logistics chain.
