Who saw kiyosakis interview on Sunrise this morning?
He was saying how its the stupid people in australia that have moved from stocks to real estate. and then said something like its stupid people that have made real estate in australia at these levels.
He mentioned that what goes up must come down and property will be next.
Its a worry for property investors when a laggard like him start picking up on this whole unsustainable boom.
Does anyone know if prices are starting to come down yet?
Its hard to tell from auction prices as too many are passed in at the vendors dummy bid. Cant recall if I mentioned it but one of the auctions I went to recently was passed in at $25K higher than the real bidder. The auctioneer came out and bid this ridiculous figure counted to 3 and passed in.
