I can remember well, as a customer of Imagineering buying computer software. how absolutely awful their customer service was. There was no respect or interest in the client. They merely had a monopoly of agencies for the big US software companies and exploited it ruthlessly. Right then and there I resolved never to have anything to do with a Jodee Rich related company and I never have.
