I am not an expert in this area. I would be pleased to hear other posters views on this. I do know that they have ample funds to get them through to DFS stage as they just had a successful capital raise to do this. Funding arrangements I would imagine will follow DFS quite quickly and they have been having discussions with regards to funding already (as stated in updates).
If there is another CR (and there may not be) it wouldnt be until the whole of project funding was announced. Given that that the whole project has a CAPEX of somewhere around 60-80 million, they may very well opt for a total debt funding scenario. Based on on information provided they could repay this in a few years and with no dilution. This is my view.
