What we need is some evidence their strategy will bear fruit (as in dollars) and we need that reassurance fairly soon. Not mid-next year….or late next year….but early next year at the latest.

I note the Doc doesn't look like he's ready for the grave - looks a bit younger than I expected….so I'm assuming that this is not some shareholder wasting and time leeching retirement gig - like we see so often in the resource sector. Time for Doc to sparkle….and prove he can move this company along on a profitable path…..My gut feeling is he can - as previously stated -I like the moves so far….and the fact the old failed management is out the door….

So let's see what the new crowd got - and show it to us soon…..It would likely affect my participation in the CR…..How happy I am with their success….
