According to what you write, and what I am not able to challenge, Richard Campbell did nothing wrong.
If you don't mind, I ask 2 questions:
1: Does the absence of mistakes during a very short tenure qualify somebody as a director of a company? Does this gentleman bring with him any extraordinary valuable capabilities, required by Jervois under Norman Seckold's management?
2: Don't you think that Richard Campbell can not serve the shareholders of Double Link and the Shareholders of Jervois equally well?
