1. If there was a meeting in that hall of a bunch of extremists only a week earlier...then why werent they represented at this meeting?
2. Where was the muslim who appeared on Today tonite a few weeks ago? Or someone who spoke as he did?
3. If the koran is to be accepted in its entirety, why wasnt the notion that it doesnt support violence against innocents challenged? As a point it was made time and time again?
It seemed in retrospect an opportunity for moderate and main-stream muslims to band together and reassure the rest of Oz there is nothing to fear.
Seems to me though, the real threats were never canvassed and in the end, these moderates probably ARENT a threat to us anyway.
