    Not surprised about Hartley to be honest. They have a reputation of pump and dump in the industry anyway.

    Also if you look at other oil&gas stocks that they cover ... price target is always 100-200% higher than the last traded price. Now and then they have one out of 100 that actually reach their price target.

    Its clear from day 1 when Cottee joined his position was described as Non-Executive, but then all the bandwagoners were trumpeting the "Cottee factor".
