It hasn't changed my desire to punt the current board: Askin, Faull Dunmore, Whittle and Ezholz.
They simply don't deserve to spend another day sucking on the shareholder funded teat of CTP, given their performance.
Ezholz can go back and concentrate on what we're paying him for as company secretary.
That leaves us with Cottee, Herrington, Gasteen, Cockcroft, Goodall Phylis and Heugh to choose from to fill the director's spots.
I've an open mind about Cottee Herrington and Gasteen, but I'd want to research each of them more throughly before coming to a view.
There is scant information about Gasteen on the net. Cottee has shut down his blog and removed Gasteen's profile. The only information I could find on Gasteen does not indicate any oil or gas experience:

He served as President of Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Company Limited ("Yuchai"), a subsidiary of China Yuchai International Ltd. until January 31, 2005. He serves as a Director of Xinfei-Electric and various building materials companies within the Hong Leong Group. Mr. Gasteen served as an Executive Director of Quantum Explosives Pvt. Ltd. He served as an Executive Director of Quantum Explosives Pvt. Ltd. He has been a Director of Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Company Limited since 2001. He served as a Non Independent Non-Executive Director of Tasek Corporation Berhad from December 13, 2001 to February 7, 2005. He served as a Director of Hong Leong Asia Ltd., from April 3, 2000 to January 31, 2005. He served as a Director of China Yuchai International Ltd. from 2002 to January 31, 2005. Mr. Gasteen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Degree from the University of Queensland, Australia and a Master's degree in Business Administration (with Distinction) from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
