At QGC, he had the backing of the full Board. At Nexus, he did not succeed. Problem with a founding member, DYOR? He learned his lesson, and now bring along his A-Team. To vote for Cottee, one must also vote for the team he brings along. Better still, vote for the Board members that will back him. Vote for those who brought the A-Team in.
Whether Cottee can take CTP from 9c to $3 will depend on who are on the Board. The future of CTP is in our hands.
