I believe the package is not exceptional by market standards. I was surprised it was as low as it is. He is a CEO of a listed company with significant experience. Have a look around and see what a lot of other CEO's are paid.
In regards to the comments regarding "we are not BHP", that is why the salary is not in millions.
In regards to expenses being reimbursed. That is standard in any company. Do you expect him to pay for his own flights when on Company business? Get real!
Personally, I think we have got him for a song. He just needs to deliver!!
